TGIF: Spring Edition

It was only 50 degrees outside today, yet the fact that I didn't need a huge winter coat made me more excited than I've been in weeks. School is killing my soul lately, so it was quite a nice realization. On another bright side, only 50 days until I graduate! (:

Tumblr Scrapbook!

In the past I've tried really hard to get into scrapbooking. I have quite a large amount of cool materials and paper, and lord knows I have TONS of pictures, but I've just never really gotten the hang of it. I love taking photos and I want to find a nice way to display all my trips and memories. There's something so lovely about having a hard copy and being able to flip through the pages.
Anyway, it's been a while since I last tried scrapbooking, but I think I'm going to take it up again. Except this time, I'm going to try this neat tumblr-esque style of it. I can just print out my photos in all different sizes and fill in the blanks with all my various ticket stubs and receipts, etc. And any extra space, I can write in some nice quotes or memories.
I'm excited to try it. (:

Over the Knee

One trend I have continuously tried to style for myself is over-the-knee socks. I love them dearly in all the pictures I see, but I just have never been able to try them myself. I always find myself fretting over what shoes to wear with them. Haha.
It's been too cold lately, but maybe I should try again soon, now that Spring has officially sprung.

Schoolwork and midterms week has me feeling exhausted. I'm feeling a little nostalgic for the days of summer and traveling. I miss the days of learning and experiencing things solely because I want to, not because someone has told me I have to.
