No, this is not a post about alcohol. I just had a realization today that I am not drinking nearly enough water on a daily basis. I carry a water bottle in my purse or bag with me everyday but I'm constantly moving and working and just generally keeping busy that sometimes I go the whole day without touching it! I can feel the difference and I can see it in my skin, so I need to get back in the habit. Do you ever feel this way? Got any suggestions?
